While I've read several of your books, we are still having a heck of a time trying to find a good Asset Protection Planner here in Sangamon County.
We've spoken with several RE attorneys and such but they all snickered (not literally) and stated that we don't need entities because there's hardly any lawsuits against Landlords/Investors here in Central Illinois. That we'd be wasting time and money. Umbrella is enough according to them.
Considering we're still finishing remodeling (post tornado) our home, building a new home and two small children, it's almost impossible for us to travel to Chicago area to speak to the right planners.
Perchance you have name(s) for us to speak with and set up entities?
