Personal Property Trust & Hard Money Lenders
Monday, January 16 2012 06:40 PM
Hi Randy,
I hope I have put this topic in the correct category, if not, please feel free to move it wherever you want.
I actually have two questions.
The first is, "Do you provide a Personal Property Trust course? It seems to me that I read somewhere on your site that you do.
Second, and more important (at least to me), do you have any Hard Money Lenders to whom you could refer members?
Thanks, in advance,
Doc

Doc, see my comments below in BOLD.
The first is, "Do you provide a Personal Property Trust course? It seems to me that I read somewhere on your site that you do. I DO NOT HAVE A COURSE BUT DO PROVIDE TWO PP TRUST AGREEMENTS IN MY "ADVANCED" COURSE.
Second, and more important (at least to me), do you have any Hard Money Lenders to whom you could refer members? NO, SORRY. I DO NOT.

Thanks for the reply, Randy.
I knew I read about the PP trust somewhere. It was while I was reading the advanced course. LOL
I guess I will have to go back to basics and locate a few hard-money lenders.
Thanks,
Doc

I've had a hard money lender fund a property I purchased in a Land Trust without any issue: The Norris Group. They only lend in California, FYI.

Hi Jean,
Thank you for your post. I am in Chicago, but I appreciate the information.
Since I posted last, I have developed relationships with several private money partners. They provide money at much lower interest rates and are an easier group with which to deal.
