Land Trust Home Study Query

I know from reading the forum that you recommend the LLC to be a beneficiary of the land trust. But if I instead make the LLC a trustee of the land trust, I still have control over the property that is placed in the land trust. If the LLC is the beneficiary, I still have to find a live person as a trustee. How does the home study course address this alternative? I want to keep control over the property yet still have the property protected in a land trust.
