after recording the deed to the trust

Friday, September 02 2011 01:14 AM

Hello, Just recorded the grand deed or (deed) from personal name to land trust "123 anystreet trust, any trustee here" in my county. so far so good.
Now, what is next step as far with my fire or theft insurance? should I call them and make changes if something happens, new loss payee? to myself, the trust or to my trustee???

What about my lender (BOFA), I know they don't need to know, and if they find out they will find out thru my insurance right?

Who else I need to call or notify??? help.. I am almost there?

reply or comments.
