AB Land Trust?

Hi, Randy,
There is a living trust called AB trust. It is used for married couple to maximize the estate tax exemptions. Do we have any similar thing for Land Trust? If not, what is the solution for Land Trust to get the similar benefit as what AB Living trust does?
