I haven't purchased any of your products, but I did purchase Bill Gatten's product which is very informative to me.  I going to use his techniques to at least close my first land trust deal...I just don't have the available funds to purchase your products at this time, but as soon as I do I'm going to purchase your basic and your advanced home study courses.  I read through all most all of the post in the discussion forum and I've been on your website for all most two hours.  The two things that sold me were the fact that you let Mr. Gatten join in the discussion and that either you or your brother were in there answering all the questions.  So, as soon as I can find a buyer/tenant and a closing attorney or title company that can handle these transactions in Georgia I'll be getting both of your courses.  Again, thank you for the great information!!!  Have a great day!!!
