Land Trust

Monday, January 17 2011 04:45 PM

I just came across your site and was hoping to get more information. As a new investor I have not heard of Land Trust. I have some property (land only, no mortgage) worth about $15-$20k. Can I put  it in a Land Trust and use it to invest in investment homes? If so, in what way?

Thank you

Erick

ErikM,

Thanks for your post. Yes, you can put your unimproved land into a land trust and then buy property. This is exactly what we teach people how to do with our home study courses. Please go to this link for more information:

Or feel free to call me for further clarification
