Insurance on Land Trust property

Hi,
I wanted to find out what are the things we need to remember and check while taking the insurance of the house which is held in land trust.
1. Does the insurance company mentions somewhere that this home is under land trust ?.
2. The name on the insurance policy will be the name of the trustee or the beneficiary ?.

2. The name on the insurance policy will be the name of the trustee or the beneficiary ?.THE TRUSTEE AND THE TRUST NAME AND NUMBER.
