How to put own house in trust?
Saturday, February 06 2010 03:03 PM
I bought my house last March 03/09 in southern part of Illinois.
It is in my name only and no wife or kids. There is no mortgage
on the house. It is free and clear.
I want to put my house in a trust with a trustee
such as my sister or my nephew, both have different
last names than mine and I want to name my brother, who is in
Arizona as the sole beneficiary, to get my house upon TOD.
How would I set it up to take care of all this matter?
Or is there another way?
Will this trust protect any law suits against my Remodeling
business? Business is currently not in LLC yet.
Any response?
