PaperWork/lease options

Tuesday, September 29 2009 10:38 AM

In your workshop you stated that you should not have multiple beneficiarys in the same trust.  I don't remember how you said to structure this.  How many trusts are formed?  One for the property and one for each of the beneficiarys?  If so, how does the leasee and leasor form a trust for himself then connect it to the property trust as a beneficiary?
