Finding an ex-tenant

Need to know the ways to locate a tenant that has moved on but still is liable for 3 more months of rent; although they have vacated the house.
How do I find thier forwarding address so that I can serve them papers?
There was a presenter at the Weds meetings that had a system for collecting....can't remember her name.
