Land Trusts, LLCs and C-Corp as Trustee

First let thank you both for the great information you provide. I have read both the Basic and Advanced Courses and quite a large quantity of the forum. I hope I didn't miss the answer to this else where!!
I am preparing to put some GA (my residence state) rental properties into LTs, I am planing on using a NV C-corp as the trustee and NV LLC or NV Series LLC as the beneficial interest.
Since the beneficial interest and trustee of the LT are NV entities, would they be required to foreign file in GA?
If the beneficial interest is not required to foreign file, would it be better to have it be an LLC or a Series LLC?
