Looking for private lenders in NY

We are looking for Private lenders who will lend in the Capitol District of NY. Can pay a percentage monthly of the total amount then a larger percentage at the back end of deal. Barrows would be a beneficiaries of the land trust. All deals will have at least 30% equity. Looking at 3- 12 months loan.
