Can you use Land trust to buy Pre-foreclosures

How can land trust be applied to purchasing pre - foreclosures?
Would you treat it like a SUBJECT TO in the pre-foreclosure stage?
If so could someone give us a little insight into how to do this?

Yes, land trusts are great vehicles for pre-forclosures and short sales. Do you have our Land Trusts Made Simple home study course?
