Last Question......for now!!

Sunday, January 04 2009 06:41 PM

Hello again.
Did a little more research which brought up another question, then I'll leave you alone!
If none of the beneficiaries in a land trust are related in any way, does this not cause the trust to be partitioned when it comes to liabilities?
(I think this is what I was thinking when I asked about the liability not being inclusive of all beneficiaries in the NARS post.)

I'd be very interested in hearing you guys speak, do you have a schedule anywhere?

Thanks again!!

sorry for the delayed response.

The issue of partition does not apply to the beneficiaries of a land trust.

Regarding where we will be speaking next, please go to this link:

www.realestateforprofit.com   and it will be right there on the home page in the center...you can't miss it.
