Chgoland comps

Is there a website where I could run reliable comps for Chgo/Suburbs by address for free or "nominal" fee.

I hate to keep bugging Realtors for this.

chicagotribune.com/homes is kind of vague and often comes up with zero hits.
SiteXdata.com seems to be ok a $4/per, but have to buy $300 worth at a time.
recordinformationservices.com also seem pretty costly

Is the above about the best that's out there or did i overlook something that may work out cheaper/better?
