Land Trust in Wisconsin

I live in Florida and I have 2 commercial properties rented in Wisconsin. One property has a mortgage and the other doesn't. Is the material that you sell, for a Virginia Land Trust, a complete package or do I need other material or sources of help? Can my married daughter, who lives in Minnesota, be the Trustee?
