Use Illinois Land Trust to Sell Home?

My home (condo) has been on the market for quite a while, and I am reaching the point of desperately needing it sold. Someone just told me I could probably sell it quickly through using an Illinois Land Trust. I found your website and this forum and have been reading through it. I will be ordering your course but need to know right now if what I was told is true and a general idea how this works.
I live in Florida and have a mortgage that is held by the seller.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your question. However, just putting your property into a land trust will not necessarily help sell it. It does make it easier to sell with seller financing and i would suggest you study this concept as a method of marketing your property. Feel free to call me if you want to talk further.
