New person on the boards

Hi everyone, may name is Dwayne Hirsch and I am a Chicago area wholesaler/birddog and I mainly work in the Chicago south side and suburban markets, with some knowledge of most of the surrounding areas. I am always looking for good deals for investors who call or have logged into my site and I usually have some deals to show. I have been looking at Jim Hughes group for a while, I just happen to live very far from Elgin, but I see great things going on and I am happy to be on the board. My site address is in my signature and I would love to get some deals from you guys. I can post you for sale, rental, and rent to own as well for no fee unless I bring the client.

good to see you on here. i hope that you find the info that you need, and find some good investors. If I where in your area I sure would be looking you up in the new market of houses not selling as fast...

You came to the right DISCUSSION BOARD. You would be best served by joining Midwest REA of Chicago as a member and starting the process of marketing to our investors that you are a wholesaler and birddog. This exposure would help you greatly in your business. Also as a member you would be able to post rentals, RTO, and wholesale deals in the MEMBERS ONLY section of our web site. This would give you more exposure. Also, attending our meetings and handing out flyers to our members and guests will give you the best results in your business. Good to have you aboard our DISCUSSION BOARD.
