Land Trust/Personal Property Trust/Annuity
In you guys course you discuss the strategy of placing a land trust within a personal property trust. If I were to do this and transfer the ownnership of an annunity into the personal property trust first would that trigger tax cosquenses with regard to the annuity?...land trust?

MR. PRINCE.
I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THAT YOU PUT THE BENEFICIAL INTEREST OF A LAND TRUST INTO A PERSONAL PROPERTY TRUST THAT HOLDS ANY OTHER ASSETS. NO NEED TO CO-MINGLE ASSETS. KEEP ALL ASSETS IN SEPARATE TRUSTS.
