Annuity/Land Trust/Personal Property Trust Tax Question

In your course you discuss the strategy of creating a personal property trust in connection with the land trust...I am looking at the possibilty of placing an annuity into a personal property trust and then placing the land trust therein.
Any tax liability on that annuity in the personal property trust?

Keith,
You can certainly put the annuity into the personal property trust. But, i do not follow your logic regarding subsequent use of the land trust. Please clarify.
