Lease option /Land trust

Randy, do you have the owner put the home into a Trust before you lease option the property to protect yourself? I see you seperate the to ideas but you probally conbine the two principals together at some point don't you. If so at what point do you do form the trust?

Sorry for the delay in responding to you. We had a problem with our Discussion Forum, but all is well now.
Yes, i do everything i can to convince the seller that it is in BOTH our interests that the property be placed in to a land trust FIRST...before we seal the deal.
