Nevada Properties & creating land trust

I have invested in 10 propeties in Nevada. I bought both of your courses and need to draft land trusts on each prperty. I am stuck right now as to where to begin and how to begin. I am a California resident and want to kow what law to use and where can I get a copy of the deed to transfer the property to the trust?
I have an LLC in California and it is also registered in Nevada. Should I create another LLC to transfer the beneficial interest of each of the properties into? Should the interest be transfered to the California LLC or the Nevada LLC?
Also would like to transfer my primary home also into a land trust and my primary home is in california. Should I use Nevada law for that one?
Lastly, the trustee for these land trusts does he have to be from Nevada for the Nevada properties and from California for the Californir property?
Help!!!
Need to do this ASAP!!!
