Beneficiary

On page 29, it states that Beneficiary must sign Purchase Agreement with the Bank. If this is true, how does the beneficiary remain anonymous?
Where does one keep/hide the Trust Agreement from the courts, so they can't find out who owns the real estate?
On page 31, it says to mail the tax bill to the trustee, at the beneficiaries mailing address. How does this retain anonymity?
