Thanks for the info. More and more of the investors in the club should follow your step and make private money loans from their self-directed pension plans.

Brian Kondas. Tell me more about your private lending criteria? You mentioned lending to LLC or Corportation. My S-Corp has been incorporated since 2005 and file 2006 Corporate Tax Return and will file 2007 Corportate Tax Return. What is the application process?
