THERE IS A 4 BEDROOM 2 BATH 2 STORY HOUSE THAT I CAN GET FOR LESS THAN 20K ,IT WILL ARV OUT ABOUT 75-90K EASY.

these best place to pick up PML's or HRDML's is at both of our Midwestrea of Chicago and Rockford meetings. Oct 10th & 11 of this month.
We have both types of lenders that attend our meetings.
