I have a lead on a property in the Indianapolis, IN area that the seller would like to walk away from as soon as possible. She has an interest only loan and from what a local realtor has told her, she is upside down in the mortgage due to local property values. This is a two year old home in a brand new subdivision. I believe the amount owed is around $150,000, and from what I could find the homes in the area are now worth very close to that up to $180,000. It is a 4bd, 3ba ranch style in good condition.
