I have a person looking for a rent to own sfr with 5 children on the south side of chicago. The East side of Chicago is preferable. This person can pay $1350 per month

If they want a nice home for RTO they will need some downpayment and certainly a good work history.
Most landlords will jump at a good prospect if the above are met.
