I have a deal in rockford for under 10k, 3BDRM/1BATH, I am looking for someone who can help finance the deal maybe do some of the work and we split the proceeds, I am a plumber of 11 years, and can do some basic carpentry. Im out of state in kansas city,mo but will come back up to rockford to help get the property repaired.
Its really no risk involved, just putting up a little money, helping out a little bit and we can do more than one project, we can line up at least 2 to start. and go from there. if interested or can finance this call me at 816-728-8337, my name is PHILLIP.
