During the Masermind Meeting this saturday this topic was brought up, and I would like to know what suggestions for using software such as Quick Books can be offered. Any software ideas would be appreciated.

The best software program that I have found for keeping investor books and tracking tenants is INVESTOR BOOKS MADE EASY and TENANT TRACKING. Mike Butler created this program which is overlayed on Quick Books Pro.
The entire package on Mike's web site is $1,200. Because we sell so many of his packages thru the club he discounts it for us for $697. If you dont have QB's Pro 2007, he will provide it for $100 additional. The office supply stores are $179 for the same product.
So if you want the program let me know and I will have it drop-shipped at your office or home. If you want some testimonials from other investors -- let me know.
Just talked to Mike Butlera couple of weeks ago and he said he is selling 200 a month of this product throughout the country.
