Huh? Math does not compute!!!

In reference to the "Get Rich Building Houses!" handbook, on page 11, I understood it's math.

However, on page 12---I'm not getting it at all.

$1,584,811.00 X 15 years = $3,294,708.00 according to the handbook.

My calculator says it's $23,772,165.00

Please explain your math.

Ok, i found what you are looking at (i originally thought you were looking at our Home Study course guide).

Anyway, if you take 1,584,811  and increase this number by 5% per year (for 15 years) , you will get 3,294,708. If you have an HP 12C calculator just enter the first number and then hit 5, then the percent key and then the plus key and it will keep a running total of the increase each year.
