I have several real estate properties under contract which require private investment funding. A quick snapshot:
1) ARV - $75,000; Est Repairs - $10,000; Purchase Price - $10,000
2) ARV - $65,000; Est Repairs - $7,500; Purchase Price - $30,000
3) ARV - $75,000; Est Repairs - $2,500; Purchase Price - $7,500
4) ARV - $87,000; Est Repairs - $10,000; Purchase Price - $5,000
5) ARV - $50,000; Est Repairs - $11,000; Purchase Price - $6,000
6) ARV - $65,000; Est Repairs - $20,000; Purchase Price - $11,000
7) ARV - $35,000; Est Repairs - $7,000; Purchase Price - $6,000
For those private investors who may be interested - I pay 15% simple interest for lump sum payback; 10% simple interest for monthly payment payback.

Thanks for the post. I would suggest that you come to the next Midwestrea meeting in September and make an announcement similar to your post. You are welcome to come to the one in Elgin or Rockford or BOTH.
