I will provide the financing through my company and we will do a stated income, stated asset loan with no money down. The buyer will receive a check for $35,000.00 after closing in the form of a pre-paid lease from a property management company. We will then rent the unit out for you and you will get appx. $800 per month in rent from the actual renter as well as the upfront pre-paid lease of $35,000.00 from the mentioned prop. mgmt. co.
