I was wondering if anyone had any advice on finding private money lenders (not hard money) but people that were looking to make gains better than what the bank pays in a simple money market. Most of my deals are long term rentals, so I have no interest in talking to someone who wants 12-18% plus points. What are some of the ideas people have used to find such lenders?
