Looking for a real estate contract

Sunday, March 11 2007 02:55 AM

 Hello!

I'm looking for a real estate contract that is
investor friendly. The one I have is the muti-board
contract and it's a lot to it. Does anyone has a better
one that they use to do their deals

                                    tj

Tonyj,

There are lots of different kinds of contracts out there. We have found that it is best to use a simple basic contract initially (when you are dealing face-to-face with a seller) and then have your attorney prepare the more complex (and necessary) contract to be signed by all parties.

Our basic contract is part of our Get Rich Buying Houses Home Study Course w/Forms disc.  You might consider purchasing this course at our website:  www.realestateforprofit.com  Just click on "Shop Online" on the side bar to this page.
