Looking for Lease to Own Chicago

I have a client that is looking to do a lease/rent to own for a property in Chicago. They had been looking in the Oak Park area about 7 months ago. They are looking to sell their current home in the next couple of months. Call me and if you have anything in those areas with at least 3 bedrooms preferably 4 or more.
