Here is a general question for everyone. If you had to pick a second line of work that might help your investing career, what would you choose?

Well,

Closer at a title company seems to be working real well so far.

In all seriousness, having several income streams is important. Real estate is powerful for wealth building. However, we do have some slow periods. Every investor has times when they are making lots of offers that just aren't popping.

Along with the "day job" and my own real estate investments, I also introduce people to pre-paid legal. This is an excellent additional revenue stream and at the same time can help fellow investors and people you know with a vital service.

There is more information at http://www.prepaidlegal.com/hub/martincouch

Feel free to call if you would like some more information.

Hope this helps.

MOG,

1. real estate appraiser
2. realtor
3. loan officer
4. home inspector
5. property manager

These professions will allow you to make monthly cash flow and stay involved with the real estate business. You will remain in the thick of things allowing you to find more deals and continue to build long term wealth.
