lease option question
Thursday, January 25 2007 11:20 AM
when you meet with a seller and your doing a lease option deal, is the lease purcahse agreement and the memorandum of option the only thing that needs to be signed? does the memorandum need to be notarized? i know that it does need to be recorded.
i have a deal that i need to put together but i dont want to pay an attorney 500.00 if i can be told the right way.

Foz,
Your question is very involved and i cannot do it justice in this venue. I do not want you to save $500.00 in legal fees, but mess up your deal and possibly lose thousands of dollars. You might consider getting our Lease Option Home Study course and forms as a download (this way you can get the information immediately).

Yes, we are teaching a live course on March 18th 2007 in Elgin, IL. We are also teaching our Land Trusts Made Simple course on March 17th 2007. There is a $200.00 discount if you attend both. You can sign up for both seminars on this site under "Shop Online" then, "Seminars"
Hope to see you there! It is a lot of fun and you will not believe the information that we deliver, it is VERY unique.
